Amazing customer service

I was looking for a new stud and cufflink set for my tuxedo. I found Max Lang online and was impressed by the products on their site. I selected the antique star set and requested a rush order that would enable me to wear them at an event the following weekend.
I received a call from the company and was told they were making my set and were unsure if they could meet my deadline. After a brief conversation a solution was found and the stud set was delivered on time. Amazing customer service and I will be a customer for life.
Once I received the set I could clearly see the outstanding workmanship and they were perfect for my tux. At the event I received several positive comments about the set and one person wanted the info about Max Lang. Thank you for the service and beautiful work.
